Transportation

Bicyclist, bus, and car at night

Making your trip safe, efficient and inviting

The City of Olympia is building streets that provide people more choice – to walk, bike, ride the bus, and drive. We are building a system of human-scale streets connected in a grid like pattern.

Our street network allows people to make trips that are safe and direct by any mode, and provide efficient access for delivery trucks, buses, and service vehicles.

Report a problem

We maintain over 216 centerline miles of City streets, 95 traffic signals, 4,200 streetlights and 11,500 signs - in addition to in-pavement and other traffic beacons throughout the City. To report a problem, submit a service request below.
