Project Overview:

This project constructed sidewalk on San Francisco Avenue from Quince Street to East Bay Drive. A retaining wall was built along the hillside and is faced with artwork designed with input from the surrounding neighborhood. A landing with large decorative stones, that also serve as seating, are located to provide a rest and scenic viewing spot. New storm water improvements have been installed to direct flows into an existing system. Landscaping is complete in several areas throughout the project.
