Construction of three buildings containing a total of 86 residential units, parking for 73 vehicles, and approximately 8,500 sq.ft. of commercial retail space along State Avenue. Included in the proposal is a pedestrian watercourse along the east property line that will extend north from Cherry Street to Marine Drive.
On February 15, 2018, the Director of Community Planning & Development issued a Land Use Approval and SEPA Determination of Nonsignificance for the project proposal. The Department received an appeal of the SEPA determination on March 8, 2018, and as of Mar 23, 2018, a hearing date on the appeal has not been set.
