Subdivision of a 5.01 acre site located at 2017 22nd Ave SE. The proposal is to subdivide one parcel into 24 single-family lots, and five tracts established for stormwater, trees, a pedestrian trail, open space, and a private access road. Associated street improvements at the intersection of Cain Road and 22nd Avenue include a turn lane, travel lanes, bike lanes, planting strip, sidewalk, street trees, streetlights, and a right-of-way dedication – meeting the standards of a Major Collector roadway. A public hearing is required as part of the review of the proposal.
