Revised Application Submittals Received
Community Planning & Development received an application for a Binding Site Plan for the subject property in 2016 and staff reviewed the proposal and issued a substantive review letter to the applicant asking to revise the proposal in order to meet city codes and standards.
The City received the revised proposal on July 12, 2019, and City staff is currently reviewing the application materials for compliance to city codes and standards.
Binding Site Plans are an administrative decision made by the Director of Community Planning & Development Department and does not require a public hearing. The application may be approved, approved with conditions, denied or returned back to the applicant for correction. At this time, no decision has been rendered for this project.
You can request a copy of the decision regarding this project be provided to you. Anyone who does not agree with the decision will have an opportunity to file an appeal of the decision at the Community Planning & Development Department. Appeal hearings go before the Olympia Hearings Examiner for decision.
A neighborhood information meeting has been scheduled for August 22, 2019, at 6 p.m. at City Hall, City Council Chambers.
