East Bay Redevelopment, Project Number 17-2795

Project Description

Construction of three buildings containing a total of 69 residential units, parking for 72 vehicles, and approximately 8,500 sq.ft. of commercial retail space along State Avenue. Included in the proposal is a raised courtyard, a 2,200 sq.ft. community building, and a pedestrian watercourse along the east property line that will extend north from Cherry Street to Marine Drive.

Project Status

On June 28, 2017, the Community Planning & Development Department received a complete application for development of the project.
On June 7, 2017, Notice of Application was issued.

Public Meetings

A public information neighborhood meeting will be held on August 3 at 5:30 PM, City Hall, Conference Room 207.
A Design Review Board public meeting will be held on August 24 at 6:30 PM, City Hall, Conference Room 207.
