Shoreline Planning
Shoreline planning is required in the State of Washington to encourage water dependent uses, protect ecological resources and promote public access. Shorelines are important for many reasons; our challenge is to plan for our shorelines in a way that meets the objectives of the Shoreline Management Act in a balanced way.
