Natural Yard Care

What is Natural Yard Care?

Landscape professionals and scientists collaborated to develop these Natural Yard Care practices to make it easy to have a healthy, beautiful lawn in the Pacific Northwest - without pesticides (weed and bug killers), without fertilizer runoff, and without wasting water.

You can save money, time, and our environment! Natural yards are easier to care for, look great year 'round, and are healthier for families, pets and wildlife. They also protect our local environment by reducing the use of harmful chemicals.

With just a few small actions you can make a big difference by working with natural cycles and conditions in your own yard.
