Utility Billing

There are many ways we can process your payment, including online. Below are the several different options available to you: Save Time Pay Online

  1. Automatic payment: Visit our automatic payment page for more information.
  2. By mail: We accept checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. Just use the return envelope provided with your statement. Please do not mail cash. We recommend mailing payments at least 7 business days before the due date.
  3. By phone: We accept debit (Visa & MasterCard) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Call Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 360.753.8340, select option 0.
  4. Courtesy payment box: Olympia City Hall at 8th Avenue and Plum Street
  5. In person: We accept checks, cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), cashier's checks and money orders.


    PLEASE NOTE:     Payments (cash or check only, please!) on accounts in good standing can now be made at The Olympia Center customer service counter. The address is 222 Columbia St. NW. Hours are 8 am-7:30 pm Mon-Fri and 9 am-4 pm Saturday.

  7. Online and automated phone system payment:
    • Access your basic account information and make payments
    • Pay via phone 24 hours a day by calling 360.753.8340, select option 1.

    Do You Have Discounts For Low Income?

    Yes, they are called Lifeline Rates. If you are an elderly and/or disabled, low income customer, you may qualify. For more information visit our Lifeline Rates Program page.
