Olympia offers automated residential collection service for garbage, recycling, and organics. This service is provided on an "every other week" pick-up schedule.

Do-It-Yourself Options:

• Saturday Drop-off site for Olympia customers, open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., March 6 through November 20, 2010.

Pick-up Schedule:

• Pick-up schedule page - updated weekly
• Missed Pick-up? Crews pick up carts between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Your cart may be picked up at different times each week due to route changes. If you notice your cart has not been emptied and you think you were missed, please wait until 2 p.m. before calling. It might be that we are running late and will be at your house soon.
• After 2 p.m., call Utility Billing at 360.753.8368, select option 1. Currently, misses and late set outs cannot be taken by e-mail.
