High-Efficiency Toilets

We have two programs available to eligible residential water customers to replace older toilets with high-performance, high-efficiency models;  one for customers with sewer service and one for those with septic systems.  By replacing standard high-flow toilets with high-efficiency toilets (HETs), you can save an average of 37 gallons of water per day - that's over 13,500 gallons per year!

City of Olympia Sewer Customers 

The LOTT Clean Water Alliance's free HET program ended December 15, 2012.  The program has been replaced in 2013 by a rebate program - purchase an eligible HET  and receive up to a $100 rebate.  Download the forms below for list of eligible fixtures and rebate application.

City of Olympia Non-Sewer Customers (Septic)

The City of Olympia is offering water customers who do not receive LOTT sewer service HETs at a reduced rate - splitting our wholesale cost 50/50 with our customers!  Chose between two HET technologies and start saving water today!  Download the forms below for available toliet models, program information and application.
