High-Efficiency Toilet Program

You may be eligible to participate in the LOTT Alliance High-Efficiency Toilet Voucher Program – a program where proven, state-of-the-art, high-efficiency toilet (HET) fixtures are available free to eligible LOTT sewer system customers.

• Choose between three high-efficiency toilet models.
• Download the Residential Application Form.

HETs use an average of 1.2 gallons per flush. Through this program, LOTT is offering a choice between three HET technologies.  If you currently have toilets that use 3.5 gallons per flush (installed between 1980 and 1997), you can save an average of 37 gallons per day, or over 13,500 gallons per year, by installing HET fixtures!

Water conservation resulting from the program reduces wastewater flows to LOTT’s treatment facilities and may help delay the need to build new treatment capacity.  Water conservation may also save you money on your water utility bill.

This program is subject to available funds; program ends when funds are expended, or by December 31, 2010.
