Trillium Master Plan

DR Horton (SSHI, LLC dba DR Horton) applied for master plan approval under OMC 18.57 for a neighborhood village to be known as Trillium.  DR Horton also applied for a preliminary plat approval.  The City Council is considering the proposed master plan.  The Hearing Examiner will make a decision on the preliminary plat after the City Council renders a decision on the Master Plan.

The Olympia Hearing Examiner held a consolidated hearing on the Trillium Master Plan Application, the Preliminary Subdivision Application and SEPA Appeal on June 14, June 28, June 29 and July 22, 2010.  The Hearing Examiner also held a hearing on March 28 and 29, 2011 on the City Council's Remand.  Below are the records of the proceedings before the Olympia Hearing Examiner and the Design Review Board pertaining to the Trillium Master Plan, as well as the transcripts and audio recordings from those proceedings.
