Site Plan Review

Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) provides a coordinated, multi-disciplinary review of major land use projects.  Consisting of staff from several departments, SPRC meets to discuss land use applications at various points of the review process.  In addition, SPRC meets with potential land-use applicants to advise them about the City's land use regulations and review process.    SPRC meets on Wednesdays, as needed.  Agendas may include projects currently under review and presubmission applications.  For additional information, visit the City online calendar, Calendar.
