*Rentals of MP-ABC after 5pm on Saturdays are an additional $130/hr. Rentals requests of MP-ABC for less than 4 hours (and between 8am-5pm) are considered for bookings made within 30 days of the rental date.
**Rentals of MP-A or MP-B are considered for individual room bookings made within 30 days of the rental date.
^Gymnasium is available for athletic purposes only.
- There is a two-hour minimum on all rentals
- Time reserved must be inclusive of set-up and take-down of room Public benefit discounted rates are available for groups that meet established criteria
- A $300 refundable damage deposit is required of any group using the Multipurpose Rooms, Main Kitchen or Gymnasium
- A $50 refundable deposit is required for any group using a meeting room and serving food and/or beverages
- Use of Main Kitchen requires viewing an instructional video prior to rental
- Reservations must be made in person at The Olympia Center or tentatively held for 48 hours with a Visa or MasterCard by calling 360.753.8380.
- No reservation may be made without full payment including damage deposit, if required.
