Olympia Center Hours

Early Open and Late Close rates are available. All rentals must end by 12:30am.  Please contact us at 360.753.8380 or olympiaparks@ci.olympia.wa.us for current rates for your event.

The Olympia Center will close on evenings or weekends when no activites or rentals are scheduled.

Inclement Weather Policy

Recreation Programs - If inclement weather causes a one-hour delay of the Olympia School District, our classes will be held. If it is two-hour delay, classes prior to noon will be canceled. If school is closed, classes will be cancelled.

Facility Rentals - Inclement weather may require The Olympia Center to adjust hours on occasion.  When this occurs;
    If The Olympia Center is closed at the City's discretion; customers will be fully refunded for all rental hours impacted by the closure.
    If The Olympia Center is open, but the Olympia School District is closed, customers are eligible for a full credit if they choose to cancel.  If they do not use the credit within 6 months, the credit will be removed and not refunded.
    All other cancellations will be subject to regular policies as outlined by the Parks, Arts & Recreation Department.
