Are you looking for fun, safe and AWESOME options for summer?  Check out all the different programs offered by Olympia Parks, Arts and Recreation.  If you know what camp you want to register for, locate it below, click the title, and you'll be directed right to ExperienceIt! Youth Camps

Traditional, site based camps that provide fantastic staff supervising great kids.  You'll know your child is having a blast in a safe and welcoming environment with these camps.  Sign up soon for these camps as they tend to fill early.

Teen Camps

Looking for a cool place to hang during the dog days of summer?  You'll definitely want to scope these programs.  Chill staff will help you cruise through your time off with some cool trips and projects.

Outdoor Camps

Olympia Parks, Arts and Recreation coordinates a variety of weekly outdoor themed camp programs.  Safety conscious staff lead these camps for those that want to touch the world around them.  All of these programs combine active outdoor skill development with the basics of environmental stewardship.  Click on one of the programs below for more information and to register online.

Overnight Camps 

Is it time to escape the nightly routine at home?  Want to go explore places longer than a day trip allows?  We've got some awesome options for you!

Multimedia Camps

Olympia Parks, Arts and Recreation has partnered with Thurston Community Television (TCTV) to offer a variety of sensational half-day camps with a heavy focus on the use of technology in different forms of media communication.

If you're not looking for full week/full day options, check out some of our specialty classes for youth this summer. 

Community Playground Programs

Olympia Parks, Arts and Recreation sponsors a FREE nutrition program at Madison Elementary School (hot lunch) and Woodruff Park(sack lunch).  Stick around for SKIPP after lunch!  SKIPP is a FREE drop-in program offered at Woodruff Park (adjacent to Garfield Elementary School) and Madison Elementary School (outside covered area/playshed).  Staff and volunteers will be on site to provide structured play and activities for participants.  Parents are required to complete a participation form prior to participation.  Lunch and snack are also provided by the Summer Lunch Program.  Dates:  June 24 - August 16.  No program Thursday, July 4.

Lunch - 12:00pm-12:30pm
SKIPP - 12:30pm-3:00pm
Snack - 3:00pm-3:15pm
