Perfect for hosting small parties, reception, or business meetings!  The Harbor House on Percival Landing provides direct access to the boardwalk, a playground, a grass playfield and Budd Inlet.

Hours of Availability:
Monday through Saturday, 8am-9pm
Sunday, 9am-5pm

Minimum Bookings:
Monday through Friday, 2 hours
Saturday and Sunday, 4 hours

Rates:
$35/hour, $100 damage deposit
