Selected  Big Rock Capital Partners team was selected by the City Council on 12/6/2016 to enter into an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA) providing framework for next steps and defining obligations of the Developer and the City of Olympia. The agreement allows for the exclusive right to conduct due diligence and negotiations with the City for the sale of the Property and development of the project, for a specified period of time.  The ENA sets forth more detailed understanding and conditions which will guide next steps and help define final terms and conditions of a purchase and sale agreement between the City and the Developer.    12/2016
