Engineering Consulting Services - West Bay Drive Force Main Rehabilitation

The City of Olympia received eight proposals for the West Bay Drive Force Main Rehabilitation Project.

The selection of a consultant will be made approximately the second week of March and will be based on the Consultant's proposal. All consultants who submitted a proposal will be notified of our selection. Please do not contact the City of Olympia for the status on the selection.

The selected consultant will be required to sign the City’s Professional Services Agreement including the Equal Benefits Compliance Declaration.  The documents are available for you review below.

On-call Consulting Services

Update:

The City of Olympia Public Works Department is currently seeking Statement of Qualifications for the following on-call services:

• General Engineering (Civil, Structural, Transportation, Traffic, Water, Sewer, Storm, Project Management, and Construction Services)
• Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Environmental / Geotechnical
• Survey
• Construction Materials Testing
• Architectural
• Drinking Water Quality
• Data Base Development
• Property Acquisition
• Landscape Architect

No specific projects have been identified at this time. However, you can view the City’s Capital Facilities Plan to see some anticipated projects.

All proposals must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2009. Mail-in submittals must be postmarked no later than Friday, December 23, 2009. Please note: Due to the large volume of submittals that we have received for the 2010 On-call Consulting Services, the notification date for the short listed firms will be moved from January 18, 2010 to February 1, 2010.
