Helping You Be Prepared!
The Olympia Fire Department: Emergency Management Division’s mission is to develop a resilient community by empowering citizens and staff to mitigate hazards and prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and disasters.
Emergencies can happen anytime, anywhere and are often unexpected. Are you prepared for a disaster or emergency that could last up to 72 hours? Are you prepared for a catastrophic event that could last more than 2 weeks?
The Emergency Management Division is here to help. Sign up for the monthly newsletter here, check out the useful information below, and/or schedule an in person preparedness presentation by contacting the Emergency Management Coordinator at the bottom of this page.
