How to View Minutes

The City has implemented a legislative management system for City Council and Advisory Committee meetings. For an overview of how the new system works, view our Quick Start document. The minutes are posted to the legislative management system after review and approval by the City Council.

Regular Televised City Council Meetings

Regular meetings held on Tuesday evenings in the City Council Chambers, are posted as part of the City's contracted service for Council meeting video streaming.

Special Non-Televised City Council Meetings

Council Committee meetings and special study session meetings are posted as PDF files.

Meeting minutes are the official record of City Council action. In Olympia, the City's Executive office produces the Council meetings minutes, and the City Clerk's office maintains the official record for posterity.
