Are you using a Macintosh and experiencing problems opening a PDF file on our site? Here are some troubleshooting steps to try.
- Make sure you have Adobe Reader install on your Macintosh. You can download the Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe's website.
- Most PDFs on our site do not have a .PDF extension. You may need to choose Adobe Reader to have the PDF open correctly.
If a message similar to the one below appears when attempting to open a PDF document, click Open
Make sure 'Adobe Reader.app' is chosen from the 'Open with' -- you may have to click on the drop-down and select it. If it is not available from the selection box you do not have Adobe Reader installed (refer back to step 1). If want this file extension automatically associated with Adobe Reader, check 'Do this automatically for files like this from now on'. Click OK
The requested PDF document should now be displayed.
