The Olympia City Council hosted a celebration on Friday, December 16, 2011 to toast the newly renovated Artesian Well. Garcia-Tucker Associates, LLC from Redmond, Washington, was the contractor for the recent improvements.  The recent improvemetns completed were designed by KMB design groups, inc., p.s. in cooperation with H2 Olympia: Artesian Well Advocates.  Highlights include:

  • Surface Improvements
  • Solar Lighting
  • A Community Message Board
  • A Raised Area to Fill Bottles

Spring 2012 

Grant Project:

A public art project provided by a grant from the Downtown Parking Improvement Area (BPIA) will be done in the spring. Come back to the site in late February for more information about the project.
